After you send the form
- We call to set up the walk. Keep the address handy and a sense of who lives in the house and what has changed lately.
- We go through every room. You then receive a written report that lists each danger in order, each one with its fix beside it.
- You choose, and the price is fixed. Every fix you want back comes with a written scope and a fixed price before any crew is booked.
What helps us plan the visit
A few photos of the bathroom, the front steps or the staircase let us see the problem before we arrive. Phone pictures are fine.
If a hospital discharge date or a funding program is involved, put it in the project details. Then the plan gets built around that date or that paperwork from the start.
